- A particle study. I respect the fact that it keeps the same tone both technically and stylistically all the way to the end. Some of the exaggerated liquid movements feel almost hyper real. No interest to watch this again, though.

- Too kitsch for my taste. Since this demo is all about the aesthetics and story that means I couldn't understand it, sorry.

- Also, if you haven't seen Soldaat van Oranje (1977) you should go and watch it.

- Showing 3D reconstructions of a party is a cool way to advertise it. I liked the scans.
Some unsolicited advice: to attenuate popping when disc sorting order changes, you could blend each particle to the existing color in the Z buffer if the new depth is within 1% range of the Z already in the buffer. There were still some black pixels visible so a light hole-filling pass wouldn't have hurt. Finally, please use correct aspect ratio for any fullscreen effects. It really pains me to see horizontally stretched effects as if this was a 2004 demo with no knowledge of widescreen displays. - rulezadded on the 2024-04-13 13:23:01

- It feels embarrassing to admit my favourite part was the Boing Meta Ball. Perhaps because the audiovisual style was most coherent there? Somehow it was just easy to parse and enjoy.
There were some obvious raymarching artifacts visible in pretty much every scene. If you haven't tried it yet, see section "3.4 Discontinuity reduction" in this pdf. Anyway, I liked the sense of scale in the first part of the demo. - rulezadded on the 2024-04-13 13:10:05

- Gives such a happy feeling but when watching it I can feel the pain behind in every polygon. We truly are our own worst enemies.
Wayfinder's track is perfect for this demo. - rulezadded on the 2024-04-13 12:58:42

- I appreciate the transgressive approach (in demoscene terms) to storytelling in this one. The sprite 3D effects were also surprisingly interesting, visually.

- I like the color gradients. Maybe would've benefited from more visual detail or layers? Great mood and some ambitious typography anyway!
