• Well, I made the modification, so the release version no longer needs 4.5. Also I was wrong about 3.x, uniform location still needs GLSL 430, so can't go lower than that. Modifications are in github.
  
  If that doesn't work, I don't know what to do. You absolutely sure your GL driver is at least 4.3?
