• I find the anti-Windows/VC++ spirit rather sad... Why does VC++ suck, and what makes linux better? The fact that you don't know how to use Windows/VC++? Whatever...
  Anyway, if the scrolling ASM code in the beginning was an attempt to show off your l33t skillz, it failed... Namely that was 16 bit DOS code, and was most definitely not used in this production, and most probably not in any of your productions.

• I don't think it's well-coded... it wasn't particularly fast on my XP1800+, and the rasterizer is very unstable (try subpixel/texel correction sometime)... And zsort bugs annoy me. I think in 1999 there was plenty of power for a better solution, perhaps zbuffer.

• Some info: The bug seems to be in FMOD 3.5. When playing the .ogg with the standalone player, I get the same noise. In the new 3.61 player, it works fine. I can't replace the DLL because then the demo won't start. Please fix the demo to work with the new FMOD.
