- demo Windows i was once here by Brainstorm [web]
- Probably would have been better with cubes instead of squares, as xernobyl said.

It's probably better than this.

lol@Preacher : I sure hope so, this is 256 bytes only while the average Iphone game size was already around 23 Megabytes (24117248 bytes) five years ago according to this
Of course your remark was also irrelevant regarding timing precedence of chosen title in any case :) - isokadded on the 2015-05-27 18:32:50

- Apparently Bandai just released an annoucement 6 days after pacman256 was published online claiming the exact same title "pacman256" for an iPhone game next summer. Feels awkward.

- Nice. Did yu use the Clifford A. Pickover algorithm with Markov Numbers of p.27 of his "Computer and the Imagination - Visual Adventures Beyond The Edge" book in chapter entitled Grown Your Own Font" ?

- Also I have to mention this although I liked your entry very much :

Seems i can't escape my special fate. After testing and configuring, i could convince myself manyfolds that everything was perfect. Visual effects, music, execution speed. All there was left for the orga was to execute my entries. For reasons i don't know - and at this point i don't want to know anymore - they changed everything last minute and my entries were shown fucked up and/or without sound.
Yeah. Although running on the same configuration, "Hypnoteye" had sound whereas it seemed "Toverdrank" had none : maybe you did not adress the same sound port values in both prods. Would have to read the sourcecode.
Also we saw that you requested sound to be at volume level of 70%, so all 12 prods shown were shown with a sound level of 70%, for you.
One of my entries, "Sun road" did need volume at 100% because I do save a byte by not putting a decent value in the Midi message for the volume, and the sound was also faulty for mine, notably because of those 70% you requested, but I turned at compo orgas and we agreed it was just "usual damage control" : when one hooks up a KVM (Keyboard Video monitor) to a (smart) retroprojector, one does skew all the settings.
If something ran too fast (it seemed to run fine since you did get 3rd place with a copy of this of 2003 in twice the size), I'd advise you to synchronize to the RTC (Real Time Timer) from now on so as not to depend on the clock ticks for execution of opcodes (speed of a specific configuration) : it will also enable your prods to run at the same speed in 2, 6 or 10 years.
At another previous party you also had similar issues, and I just wanted to inform you that there too, all the prods were evenly faulted. The fact not everyone complained about it is another discussion I suppose.
It is very difficult to handle everything perefectly in a demoparty as compo crew. They always do their best and nobody tries to pull any "fast ones" on anybody else, rest assured. This is why even if I am against it by default you should also provide a video capture beforehand as requested beforehand.
As an anecdote (because you thank everybody) you can thank me for the growing fonts code from Pickover you were handed after I gave the reference to Ramon also for your last entry.
Finally please stop talking about misleading REAL DOS 6.22 on all my threads as Wikipedia does state XP is also the second considered REAL DOS by people with more knowledge than most here about history or technics.
Thank you and congratulation on placing and on your cool entries, you rock ! - isokadded on the 2015-05-19 01:23:23

- OK to close that chapter, this entry is the only entry that really suffered at the demo competition : with the sunlight rays peeking from outside, the dark blue pixels could barely be seen on the big screen for the audience. We tried to put back the cover used as curtains but could not succeed. It affected every entry evenly of course but more this one than any other.
