- demo Amiga OCS/ECS QUINTESSENCE by Moods Plateau [web]
- Every demo these guys do is better than their last one! The scene with space rocks and floating balls is absolutely gorgeous. And then we have these beautiful ignis, aqua, terra, aura logos… But my absolute favourite effect is probably the one right after it - I mean the red 3d "pistons" (sorry, I suck in naming the effects). Nitpicking? A few scenes (pistons, flatshade) would benefit from reducing the number of colours, but that’s probably just a question of taste, as our coders always say that we love “monochrome” palettes too much :-)
I would also offer my compliments to Novel for making something totally different from what he usually does. Awesome, moody 80s influenced electronica that plays in your head long after you’re turned it off. But the repeating arpeggio simply cries for a higher Hz rate! :-) Dodge, be nice and give Novel extra 20kb for that, will you!
Overall a nice alchemic journey. Hermes Trismegistos approves. - rulezadded on the 2015-04-30 23:51:39
- diskmag Amiga OCS/ECS Eurochart 17 by Static Bytes
- Cutcreator's track is still enjoyable to listen to, especially the 1st and 3rd part.

- diskmag Amiga OCS/ECS Eurochart 20 by Static Bytes
- I remember listening to this Cutcreator's song for hours, usually while doing my homework :-) Still like it, especially the first two parts.

- demo Amiga OCS/ECS Defene cos tam by Luzers Team
- Typical early '90s vector stuff, but still quite enjoyable - I like the part where cubes quiver with cold ;) And I was always a big fond of this Dm7 chord (F maj with bass playing D).

- intro Amiga OCS/ECS Copyparty Intro by Addonic
- A simple, drunken-scroller intro released at Gdynia'91, the first polish party. I seem to remember really liking the module back then. Code: Nugie, gfx: Dragon, msx: Tracker/Pic Saint Loup.

- demopack Amiga OCS/ECS Joker Demo Pack by Joker [web]
- One of the first Amiga demos I ever saw. Nothing overly exciting here, but it may be interesting for historical and sentimental reasons. Code by GBH, gfx by Rys and music by Kadi.

- demo Amiga OCS/ECS Lick by Spaceballs [web]
- This is simply awesome! How come I totally missed this one? 3D scene and goraud metaballs kick an enormous amount of butt.

- demo Amiga OCS/ECS Interference by Sanity
- Still pleasant to watch, mainly because of design and music. When I first heard the module I was blown away by the fact that it sounded so rich and full - when you look into it in Protracker you see that everything is literally crammed in patterns. But it sounds amazing! Jochen must have spent an incredible amount of time on this track. I love the solo at the end. Nitpicking: totally agree with Hitchhiker that the song is way too similar to "3d demo tune(mf)" – music-wise and structure-wise; most samples were also taken from Mad Freak's module. Btw - end part tune kicks ass too.

- 64k Amiga AGA We Don't Understand by Spaceballs [web] & Rave Network Overscan [web]
- Rågode! Transparency, blurred objects, snare triggered flashes and a pretty good sounding track. I don't understand how I missed this one.

- 64k Amiga AGA motions by Whelpz [web]
- A forgotten gem from a legendarny hungarian coder Nemecheck. Awesome stuff. I love the blurred effects and the sync. Nice, mellow music with filtered hihats. The first scene somehow doesn’t work for me though - dunno, maybe it's a question of colours used? P. S. Video just added.
