  The randomizer was a simple LCG, so I guess any (1 mod 4) multiplier would do. The original had 0D1Dh but it didn't fit in 32b. ;) I liked 0E5h the best.
  There are three increasingly stable configs mod 256 - black (0), pink+blue dots (85.33) and color noise (170.66). In the init part a pixel is set, black gets unstable and the simulation goes to pink... but some pixels overshoot again for most of the multipliers.
