- This cute java shoot'em up game should have been competed in the game compo of course. But unfortunately, it didn't work on the compo machine which is a not breakable rule for 7dx parties. So, as organizers we decided to put it in the wild compo (with a different PC) instead of disqualifying it. I'm sorry for this but we've allowed the author to try to make it work on the compo machine but he didn't succeed.
Whatever... Thumb up for the effort on this game. Great old school shoot'em up with amazing weapons (like the one in screenshot) :) - rulezadded on the 2005-09-30 15:21:17
- game Windows Super taxi by Manyetiq [web]
- Maybe it's a simple and uncomplete game but the author started this project about 10 days before the 7D5 party and the game has a good 3d math and psyhics background. I'd like to see a complete version with other cars and AI.

- 256b MS-Dos CITY 2 by Gunnars Farvebio [web]
- I think first city efect was better (smoother, faster and larger) but city II is more difficult to code I think. Camera movement could be better. Maybe you should try a better movement by using the left 3 bytes :)

- 4k Commodore 64 Rise by Warriors of the Wasteland [web]
- it might be a thumb up but today, there is a reality called "bk" and "ak" which is the short form of "before krill" and "after krill" :) this one is a 4 kb intro (or a single demo part) and you have to make a 4kb "demo" to see some thumb ups these days.

- demo Commodore 64 Episode 64 by Tristar & Red Sector Inc. [web]
- @Nuke: hehehe. that was good :)
My first basic code (at 7-8 years of age) was a moving ascii man. For every frame, I was deleting all the character screen and redraw it with the next frame. It was my first withness with "flickering" ehehe. So this demo is much better than my first basic code. :))))) I'm just kidding. I liked the demo and I see a big effort on creating all the scenes in ASCII. And as I said, I really enjoyed watching it. It's not hard to code maybe but has a good taste in my opinion. - isokadded on the 2005-09-27 14:50:53
- demo Commodore 64 The Wobbler by Abyss Connection [web]
- I liked it a lot :) Old school look, colorful scene and sinus of the multiplexer are great. I haven't seen any multiplexer scrollers for a long time. Plasma fx is also cute. Maybe you should have choosen a different border flash color than white.

- demo Commodore 64 Lame Demo by Dienstagstreff [web]
- I downloaded it from CSDB. Unfortunately, it worked :))) An unsmooth scroll, two moving sprites and some texts and colors on the screen... well done!!! :)
P.S: maybe most of you will not notice but there is also a bug in this demo ehehe. Bottom right corner color doesn't change. You know why? Because he tries to change 56296 ($dbe8) which is out of the color RAM :) if you correct the line number 4120 like this;
4120 poke 56295,(peek(56295)+1)and15
then everything looks fine!!! haha - isokadded on the 2005-09-27 10:04:08
