- Well, at the moment I've got a little problem to update the C.A.P. TV web-page on a regualr basis... :-(
Hope this will change pretty soon..and then there will be much more 'multimedia-content' and clips on it to watch and see what C.A.P. TV wanna reach for the future...
Simply stay tuned...
Great things are coming.... ;-)

...in some demos from Mekka I saw C.A.P. TV in the greetings lists already... That's really nice to see that people show that way that they like what you do (for the scene)... :-) Thanks for that as well... - isokadded on the 2002-06-04 16:20:17
- wild Animation/Video C.A.P._TV_-_Demos.Of.A.New.Decade-divX by Crazy Avantgarde Productions [web]
- Hi Diver...
Well, I've a company whose aim it is to produce computer-multimedia-content for 'ordinary' TV etc...
(as the group name here should intend by the way already: C.A.P. TV which means Crazy Avantgarde Productions ! ;-) )
"Crazy" and "Avantgarde" used to be two groups I used to be in when I did lots on the good old C-64 ! So I needed to honor this area somehow and so I named my company after that then...
I'm dealing with converting computer stuff into 'normal' TV-signal since quite a while and so I had the chance to get out best quality of such conversions. And also with (divX) encoding matters of course. I've got professional digital cutting equipment here of course which enables me to capture all material in best (broadcast) quality...
Of course I want to support best quality as the scene really deserves it if shown in public somewhere...
As you might already have read above... a first pretty big project is hopefully starting very soon... and then the scene will hopefully show its support as well to lead this 'project' to a real success...
More details will follow probably soon... :-)
Stay tuned and spread the word if you know anyone who'd like to help in the preparation time now already... :-)

- Yo Phoenix...
damn...you're right! was a typo I haven't seen..it's of course 'The Project'... ;-)) Oh well...but in the show it's correct anyways... ;-)
About the dialog etc...well, all this was done pretty very short before TP'01 and basically was supposed to be just a 'short' fun video for the bustrip I was organizing to TP... Just to make the long drive more fun for the people...when the video was finished in about 6 days of _very_ hard work...someone said I should show it at TP as well...and so I did...and was amazed about the positive feedback I got there...as many people asked where they could download that 'entry'... ;-)
And so it all started... ;-)
Buy something? No way!! All those (future) projects are supposed to HELP the scene growing and not to 'sell' it or rip it off!
But as alll this needs some time and of course man-power..I of course wouldn't have anything against any help and support from people having the time and chance to do so! :-) My company is still starting up and there is surely lots possibilties to still participate in a great future (scene) project... ;-)

...and fact is of course:
C.A.P. TV will be back in near future again for sure... ;-) - ABCDemo by The Prophets (Demo)

- What the F**K have you used there, guys! What a BLAST of an explosion...!
That's really MORE than 'WiLD!'....hahaha!!
You are really crazy....
Only bad thing: The video-quality and camera handling....too 'shaky' and low quality and weird video size (320x320!) ;-)

- demo Alambik Fruit by Goyave
- A really nice prod!
Very nice oldschool style and the track-loading in the beginning simply KICKS ASS!! ;-D
I laughed my ass off when I saw it at MS in the compo!! Great style...
And here you can see that the 2nd half of the MS demo compo wasn't seen by too many people anymore as they thought there is only the bad entries shown...
THIS demo here was ranked FAR too low in the charts compared to other (higher) ranks though! :-(
My opinion of course!

- demo Amiga PPC/RTG demoskope by Creative Minds [web]
- I like that one very well...
Nice scenes, nice music...(the screenshot is very fitting for the prod though!) looks really well done!
It 'only' got 3rd in the amiga-compo...hmm..as 'tribute' from scarab got the 2nd rank...aehm...does anyone already have a divX from that one as well!? can't remember every single scene and would really like to re-watch it as I'm not sure if it was really better than 'demoskope' here...
Someone let me know about a divX of scarab please...thanks! ;-)
anyways...this prod rules definitely!

- 64k Windows westside twiddly by Aardbei [web]
- Really great 64k from aardbei again! Still remember that ass-kickin' 'Please the cookie thing' as well of course...
This one's best scenes are definitely the starting one with the 'sparks' flying around...looks really great.
Also that later scene with the landscape and the sparks moving towards that crater is brilliant looking and very stylish...
The last part looks great as well but is kept on screen too long and starts getting boring a bit after that long time.
I really disliked it that this 64k wasn't ranked higher on the MS2k2 results in the end. #5 was definitely too low for such a very nice coding-piece like this.
Would have rated fr-022 (ein.schlag) much lower as it was much more 'just a click-together of some routines with boom-boom uninspired music'-production though. It surely looked funny when seen first on the big screen though...but it wasn't really impressing later on when watching for the second time...
But Aardbei's here _definitely_ keeps its attraction and style...
Would have liked to see that one within the first 3 ranks though...
Anyways...much typing...now tired! ;-)

- demo Amiga AGA Little Nell by The Black Lotus [web]
- yo yo yo ....
This prod really KICKED MAJOR AZZ at mekka symposium this year! Great success for TBL (again!) and definitely deserved...
Although I would BADLY like to see some PC demos of 'em again! I remember 'CONTOUR' some years back which also showed that TBL has the _definite_ strenght to go strong on PC as well! (of course not to forget about those 64k intros like Jizz and Stash !!)
Great work guys...PLEASE think about a prod for PC again as well...the (pc) scene needs it as well! ;-)
