- demo Linux MS-Dos Windows State Of Mind by Bomb
- Maybe the best demo available for GNU/Linux and one of the best whatever the platform. I must've seen this hundreds of times by now. Another one of those politically themed rarities and with a message. Extra points for an unusual soundtrack. Interesting overlay effects that also manage to bind the music really closely to the visuals and deliver the actual message, the actual 3D scene's don't all fit in so well though.

- demo MS-Dos Windows Kkowboy by blasphemy [web] & Purple [web]
- Interesting, well thought out but it is a little soulless. I like it but don't love it. Originality still makes it stand out. The whole genre didn't grow to be an endless stream of demos imitating each other after all. Good thing, that.

- demo Windows past by Orange Juice [web]
- I like the music and some elements of style but overall it suffers from the "lets put lots and lots of multicolored flares here" syndrome that spread at the end of the 90's and just feels like a bunch of stuff loosely sewn together. Not that it's bad but it ain't great.

- demo MS-Dos Windows Louis Lane by blasphemy [web]
- Some really nice parts and a all-around clean design. Not really a blast like moralhardcandy which is debatably from the same genre but definitely a part of any self-respecting demo watcher's collection.

- 64k Windows Zoom 3 by AND [web]
- Quite cool, unique blurry look and detailed scenes plus I like the music. Was amazing on the big screen.

- demo Windows blockbuster by Outracks [web]
- Minimalistic, fast, just awesome. I'll be watching outracks very closely after this one. If only they had presented this at asm. Got into my favourites. :)

- demo Windows Mechanical Dreams by Suspend [web]
- Pretty nice, certainly evolving from the s. Effects from the standard effect drawer with some blur and cool syncing added...

- demo Windows Movement by Peon [web]
- Calming music and very moving particle effects. Too bad they spoil it with a bunch of dull run-of-the mill stuff including cubes and metaballs.

- demo Windows "" by alien prophets [web]
- The AP visual style is the redeeming quality here, but not much more that's particularly good. Effects, design, music all mediocre.

- demo Windows tHe S by Suspend [web]
- Another trancy demo which we don't have too many of. It's just that there are a couple of better ones than this around. Nothing really interesting in the graphics and the 2d isn't even that pretty to look at. Still worth a piggy.
