- Cool mag.. But bugs was never supposed to be a game which is mentioned in such mag..
It fits as game too, since it has a score which is freezed if you lost all lives.. Incase you didnt know.
And ofcourse its pretty boring.. Due to lack of time and grafixian/musician/coder..
Man it was my first c64 work after 15 years.
Perhaps i can satisfy you (hopefully) with my future game(s) on the c64 which are a little more pro..

- 8k game Windows asteroids 8kb by Dila
- played to aprox 12 "bigballs" (so level 9 or so).. In one level the collision fucked up and i was invincible.

- BTW: at csdb they stated that ive ripped the gfx from mayhem.. Its right that i use the colors of it even the ideas but i pixeled almost all by myself.. But please only of taking two colors and some ideas dont call it a rip.. Im no grafixian and it was the easiest and fastest move to look at other games like gianna, flimbo and mayhem and paint the same style.. Mayhem has much more advanced grafix so its no match to this one.

- Its actually much easier to write this bump one, than the "game".. I only remember two games which are using such an advanced parallaxscroller.. That is Turrican2 and Flimbos Quest.. Where Turrican 2 only scrolls in one direction.. The others are using these rol/ror thingy or have per character line only one color.. Infact i scroll(parallax) the color ram to. But if you arent c64 coder this really doesnt matter. And if u read flimbosquest discussions they told that they also have no gameplay. But anyway nice to read these comments since i dont get some on csdb.. And dalezy shame on you..

- Muhmac du bist ja wohl völlig besoffen.. Besides this this 4k actually rulez.. Nice idea to include compressor and waveshaper.. Sounds fatter and somehow special.. cant wait to see your next one.
