• Ugh. The music's good, the idea for the visual style is pretty good. But the "story" comes of as "the evil orange stripes are invading the world" which seems a bit cheesy to say the least and many of the effects are just plain bad. 2D is pretty good and the overall look's nice too. With a lot of refinement this could be a great demo.

• Soothing, I find that this uses the flyby very well like a few other demos. Color scheme and the light/dark theme work well too. I don't like the fishes either. :P

• Pretty nice. It's a tech demo though and that might lessen the impact in the future - or it might not if we've come far enough... Still, it's visually pleasing as well just like cocoon prods have been. Like it or not they've got an unique demostyle if not the most experimental one.

• Some interesting effects and a soundtrack worth listening. Design's a bit lacking. It's ok.

• Fairly nice. Don't have a soft spot for the music and some of the effects are just oldskool but it's fresh and interesting.

• I like the style although I seem to remember it being a disappointment after the first shad. Mostly tunnels and some models with an attitude and a bunch of text and pics overlayed, the result is pretty nice.

• Another dull Nomad flyby maybe influenced for the better a bit by Bomb... Suppose the 3D was okay in '98 but I must say I really preferred Gateways as a tech demo even then...

• I don't like it but it's different. The soundtrack is mostly disturbing and the effects are way too fast. I can see the visuals working really well if they were done slow and accompanied with something ambient or just calm and melodic. Remixing this like that would be a nice thing to try...

• I just can't bring myself to like this anymore although it was moderately cool once. Lots of much, much better stuff available from the same years. This one does have some fairly good 2d art but the rest isn't nice at all.
