- 8k Windows From The Seas To The Stars by Eos
- Awesome! Just too bad there was no 8k compo - it would have definitely won.

- demo Windows For Your Love by Andromeda Software Development [web]
- Ok, so there you go with 1GB+ of data (I remember the size limit discussion).
But guess what: I was watching it only on youtube anyway :P
> This demo requires about 6GB of GPU ram to run.
One thing for sure: this demo is trying to push hardware/size boundaries, which I actually like.
Could it be done with lower specs? Until I would try it myself, I don't really know. - rulezadded on the 2018-08-05 17:22:45
- demo Windows Dying Stars by orange
- Problems:
1. UE should be declared.
2. I have found some of the symbolic representations to be a bit too obvious / naive.
3. DNA has major/minor groove (just phase-shift one of those damn helices a bit).
Other than that, I really like the flow and the style. So actually - keep it up! - rulezadded on the 2018-08-05 16:27:42

- 4k Windows End of time by Alcatraz [web] & Altair
- Looks like you had fun guys making it (which is definitely a good thing) and the result is interesting (with march-racing-path-branching or whatever that is).
But... somehow it left me indifferent. Maybe because of ugly color scheme and usual geometry. Or maybe because those physically-based instruments although still very impressive for 4k, just doesn't sound that fresh anymore.
I'm actually torned between a piggy and thumb-up, but since almost everyone gave a thumb-up, just a piggy ;P - isokadded on the 2018-08-04 03:47:23

- Entertaining to watch.
The amount of content for 8k is mind-boggling. As las said, it sets a new standard for this category. - rulezadded on the 2018-04-05 21:21:08

- Not too much content. Some minor problems with the flow. Thumb up for meshes!

- Good job guys!
Nice to see you are mixing multiple techniques together. It seems to have a little bit in common with my 8k (just for marching the rover in a bounding box, as I know rocks are done differently). At the end, you could go full polygonal, but I guess you wanted a little bit more flexibility for dynamic rover geometry generation e.g. for dynamic suspension (?)
Anyway, great release - and not just because it's the first one. - rulezadded on the 2017-12-17 18:25:17
