- I agree with the comment about the radial light effect... simple, but very effective.
As for the 8x8 effects, there's still a lot of byte-pushing going on (it's not just attr effects).

- It's "kinda" precalculated. It uses a lot of lookup tables to work out where each consecutive point should be, and I gave a selection of "seeds" to generate each pattern.
