• @xernobyl: Nah, I don't regret it. Doing it with Vulkan was the right choice in the long run, but as for "gettnig a demo done", it probably wasn't. I was just venting some frustration over how much time it took me to add relatively simple features.

• Just thought I'd mention that I finally managed to test the Linux build on a system with a non-broken Vulkan driver, and it seems to work fine. So yay. Now if I could only figure out how to package up redistributable binaries...

• OK, so seems the linux-port "just compiles" on MacOS. Sadly, I also get no useful output there. It's *better* than on linux (no artifacts), but also no real output. I'll have to debug a bit, it seems.

• In theory, there's a linux port here. But sadly, this just renders as garbage on my Intel Linux driver. But people with NVIDIA or AMD might have more luck, dunno.
  
  Thanks to the recent support for Vulkan on macOS (MoltenVK), it should be relatively easy to get this to run on macOS also. I'll look into that tomorrow, when I have access to my mac again.In theory, there's a linux port here. But sadly, this just renders as garbage on my Intel Linux driver.
