• well fwiw this demo royally crashed my entire desktop pc upon loading, forcing a hard reset and mildly corrupting my chrome browser installation in the process

• Light on hardcore effects, high on style, vision and sincerity. Also the audio is massive.

• The first demo in the compo that really blew me away. Along with Reflexion (2013) this really is the best Adapt demo, and your ultimate thesis along with it. The transition from the intro to the zoomer is one of the most sublime moments I've ever seen in a contemporary PC demo. It's not perfect but as always that would be just boring, wouldn't it? Now only if you could solve those aliasing issues, specular and otherwise :)

• This is both hilarious AND an excellent game! Also features +10 year old re-purposed tracker modules from my early teen years :D. Thumb goes up nevertheless. Pekkaesthetic.

  I have no problem with people watching demos from vidcaps but at the point where it starts to affect your judgement of a demo you've jumped the fucking shark.

• 4k Linux Windows FreeBSD Primordial Soup by Faemiyah [web]
• Visually quite pretty albeit with maybe some color issues. Straddling nicely on the line of representative and completely abstract. The music stole the show for me though; sufficient but not super complex synthesis, but the composition is excellent and precisely my taste. Worthy winner!
