  Yes, I understand the utterly awzum significance of the vocal sample (which also meanse "yo, all b-boys" when played to a hip-hop crowd, and "DIG IT rasta-ppl!" when played to a reggae-crew) but that doesn't mean it's outdated as hell. :) Why does it bother me? Well, it just does. In the same way that a certain "door-slapping against the frame"-sample- the "futuristic explosion"-sample and the "ding-sound from starcraft"-sample bothers me when I hear them in movies, TV-shows (and demos). I just spot these things all the time, and they just bother me. :)

• zefyros: Who's talking about "sensitive"? You're being called on saying something that just isn't true. :) It's not about taste or likes/dislikes, it's about the fact that most demos nowadays are not flybys. If it seems like it to you, then you watch only a certain kind of demos, or very few demos. :)
