- demo Atari STe US Policy by Excellence In Art [web]
- Very mixed feelings about this one.
It has (almost) no realtime content and the unique XiA style only shows occassionally. Most of it is a sequence of 16-geyscale retouched pictures. It lacks the embedding story and variation of "Talk Talk 2" and is far too much of the same.
The soundtrack doesn't really save it either (80s pop music remakes in YM) and the final soundtrack that is apparently responsible for the sheer size sounds more like 16KHz than 50KHz and is not arranged in a way that the streaming would really pay off (which, by the way, works fine on a MegaSTE with the original Atari SCSI host adapter).
Then again, XiA obviously spent quite some effort doing all of it by himself and some parts look quite polished.
Still, i don't think i'll run it very often. - isokadded on the 2013-07-03 22:23:26
- demo SEGA Genesis/Mega Drive Day Trip by Planet Earth [web]
- Let's be honest: Technically, there's room for improvement.
But the soundtrack is neat and i like the style, so this is a motivational thumb up hoping to see more on the Mega Drive from you. - rulezadded on the 2013-06-18 18:16:34
- demo Atari STe Circus back²STage by Blabla [web] & Sector One [web] & Cocoon [web]
- Technically extremely impressive and kudos for picking up a rather unusual theme in demos - the circus, which does go very well with the number of colours wielded on screen.
Also, the soundtrack totally rocks!
Too bad i had to watch the video on dhs.tv because the demo doesn't like MegaSTE ;-) - rulezadded on the 2013-03-31 23:06:03

- demo Amiga AGA Mo'saik by Focus Design [web]
- Wow! I definetly like the way the effects are presented, even if it's only a handful!
Rock solid stuff! - rulezadded on the 2013-02-12 18:42:04
- demo Windows We are by LNX [web]
- I think this one was cute, even though the "dancing sprites" reminded me of another production ...

- demo Atari STe C++ is Forbidden by Cerebral Vortex [web]
- Contains a significant amount of recycled effects but it's been put together so well that it simply rocks. Also, music and graphics are excellent.
Can't watch it on my MegaSTE though: Bitplanes are screwed up all over the demo :-( - rulezadded on the 2012-12-20 11:32:50

- 128b Atari VCS drip.bin by Ed Fries
- Very technical and abstract but for 128 Bytes on VCS, this is about as good as it gets.

- 16k demo Atari VCS Liquid Candy by Noice [web]
- Wow. Atari 2600 demos have evolved in an extremely impressive way and this is - at the moment - the icing on top of the cake.
More of that, please! :-) - rulezadded on the 2012-12-20 11:04:53
