- fastdemo Windows GamePark GP2X Poutine by Quebarium
- AntDude: This demo is made for GP2X not Windows. The Windows version provided is running a software-emulation of the hardware components for debug/development purpose. But you got good comments that I will take into consideration for a next release! :)
In case, you want to know more about GP2X, you can take a look of the features list in my GP2X Hardware Library. - isokadded on the 2011-12-18 15:19:11

- Look cool, but I feel bit strange to see an Amiga with an enhanced C64 music+graphics. I would prefer a more Amiga-like contents.. or a C64 picture... But, since I found the Amiga picture very clean and realistic.. I would prefer see the Amiga contents on this one.

- demo Commodore 64 Introducing Audio VQ - Amadeus by Algotech
- Humm.. I wonder if a tool like that could be use for GP2X. The hardware can decode a mp3, but that take lot's of cpu resources, currently we go with a ported mikmod...

- Oh, I will try Hoxs64 when I have time.. I do not know this emulator. For scenesat, hum.. well we switch in French (sorry...) from 01:42:30 to 01:45:20.
I guess for memory sequencer, you will need to have this sequence in the very few kb ram of the drive.. so the drive can handle where to load? Or perhaps you can have that sequence in a specific sector-track of the drive. - isokadded on the 2011-11-30 15:41:09

- Wow.. great! you even make it loop.. so no need to re-start manually. :) Hum.. yep, I got the demo to pause a little bit which create a bit of sounds distorted and comeback. I am trying with Vice 2.2 and sid with resid-fp. Sorry, I don't have real hardware to try out.. but if I will, it will be on NTSC anyway. ;)
Btw, we were talking about you last saturday at a mini-demo held in Montreal.. when PsychNerd from SceneSat Radio interview us. Here is the link :)
Running back Just Dance 64 on the emulator.. I do prefer that one. I think it's because of the song. btw, TronicSynth where telling me that you probably have a sid channel or 2.. running a remake of the song in .sid. I don't think so...
btw, here is a mix of 'don't worry' Sanyo (aka TronicSynth) did for us back in 1991 for our disk demo named Evolution by Optic Vision (it's a ntsc demo). It's a 4-bit samples and I believe he did sample around 7-8kHz. Our NMI playing routine was handling start-end sequence allowing him to edit a sequence order of samples to play. I think it would be awesome to have this capability in your streaming audio vq decoding... (if possible?). :) Congratulations again for these awesome release!

- Great music, the synth chord make it feel japanese! Cool! I like the white and black circle part at the end... I guess there was more to come on the part with black square grid turning around? :)

- Optimus: You are right.. we choose some C64 colors for our plasma! This make it look similar to the one in Tour de Force by Origo Dreamline on C64... ;)

- demo Commodore 64 Just Dance 64 by Algotech
- Yes, I saw Algodancer2.. in fact, I started to work on my video bezier-tool in december 2010 and got a meeting in january with two members of our demo group while showing them the tool. I show them the classic demo 'state of the arts'. Then the week after, I saw your demo on pouet and I told them.. it's kind of funny how sometimes we want to do something and it happen that someone, somewhere.. is just thinking about the same thing as I do! But.. when I saw your tool CSAM v3. , I was happy because I though.. hum.. you are looking probably for subset of patterns store them in charset and try to minimize the number of charset and number of differences in each frames... ;)
Btw... What is the average bytes rates per seconds? Me honestly my first thought about storing bezier vector coordinates was to achieve a 64 bytes per seconds when packed+compressed... in order to one day came out with a 64kb intro on PC with that vector shadow anim.. It's may be completely irrealistic.. but I think we have to be ambitious to do something amazing just like you did! - isokadded on the 2011-11-25 15:42:03

- algorithm: yes, this is what I believe too that they did with State of the Art and Nine Fingers. That's why I was thinking about this way. At first, I though they have store every single frame and did a compression, but I don't think it would have fit on the 1 (or 2 for 9 fingers) disks.
