- 256b MS-Dos MEMS by Digimind
- Holy crap. This is really amazing. I don't have the faintest idea what kind of math magics you used here. Cool looking procedural art with nice animations. Looks like a 256 byte version of "Metamorphosis" and "Midnight Run" by ASD.

- 256b TIC-80 Flowing Triangles
- Very cool and for me just unbelievable how you and other guys here are doing so amazing 3d stuff in a hand full of some bytes. Thanks for sharing the magic code behding this fx.
I always ask myself how does this magics works and how do you get the necessary formulas / programming code? At least it seems, many of such tiny 3D effects are using only drawn rects. - rulezadded on the 2021-09-11 17:42:01

- demo Windows The Impure Express by IMPURE 1940 [web]
- Pro:
Very nice concept/idea, graphic/art, music and an amazing implementation - even with all this layer effects which give the whole thing an exciting and lively backdrop.
Entertainment pur!
Con:
I'm sorry to say. For me, however, the 30 MB for this demo ruin a lot. It would have been very nice and certainly quite cool if the corresponding graphics / scenes had really been used character by chars (Ascii, possibly as a FontBitmap) for the respective layers - instead of using everything as space-wasting PNG graphics. This demo in 64k or up to 256k would have been really cool +
Conclusion:
However, i really enjoyed this amazing demo! Great work, hellbeard. - isokadded on the 2021-09-10 14:59:00
- demo Commodore 64 Wild Freespin by Reflex [web]
- Holy shit... First i thought what the hell is this guy doing there (disconnecting power, the c64, cutting cables...) and a few seconds later this blown me away!
I think it uses the bytepatterns on the disk... but... no, that can't be the only thing. I have no idea how and what this basic program does (i dont think it's something like a firmware for the 1541).
Just unbelievable amazing idea, concept and design... This prod must be nominated for the best tech/wilddemo. - rulezadded on the 2021-07-06 21:02:32
- demo Amiga OCS/ECS Cortez by Melon [web]
- For me this is something more like an amazing and cool looking tech demo. Very smooth parlax scrolling, nice graphcis and music.
However, i don't see this as an intro or demo. Unfortunately, it's not enough for that.
Regarding the color transitions (day / night) i would have liked to see a smooth color fading from one - to another color palette.
But now enough criticism. All in one this is a really decent and amazing production. (At the moment i'm still thinking about how the paralax scrolling might have been implemented. ;-) - rulezadded on the 2021-07-01 17:49:40

Screenshot does not looks a 256 byte prod. - rulezadded on the 2021-05-17 19:06:33
