- Nice music and graphics, but compared to some older Amiga music demos, I can't help thinking that PC music demos (not only this one) have taken a huge step backwards.
First of all, it's just a menu; no introduction sequence, no fancy presentation and no real features. And secondly, the filesize is just too big for what it is, especially considering that some of the best music demos come on 1-2 disks.
It's just my personal opinion, but I think a music demo should be more than just a player and a static picture. - isokadded on the 2003-10-28 20:05:34

- demo Windows Spectrum by Ümlaüt Design [web]
- It ran ok, the music was pretty cool, but it looked really flat and garish, and I found it very tedious to watch.

- 64k Windows Glowing
- It's pretty good overall, but totally lacks character.

- So what if it's technically "primitive"? The point is it challenges you to look beyond it's superficial values.
I found this demo completely engrossing, very atmospheric and original. Really stands out in my mind. - rulezadded on the 2003-10-27 20:00:05

- Another huge leap forward! Nothing technically impressive (but then not many demos of today are), but it’s so nice to see a demo based on creative ideas. The music was very effective in my opinion, the way it all flowed as one complete and incidental soundtrack. As Lithis already hinted, there was a definite David Lynch influence here, which appealed to me in a big way.
It seems ironic considering the group behind it, but this, and their last slideshow, have a sense of maturity that’s pretty rare in the scene of today. - rulezadded on the 2003-10-27 19:43:51
- demo Windows retox by Mystic [web]
- The design and routines are quite moderate and graceful, which worked very nicely in my opinion. Great music too.

- Amiga AGA splinters by Mystic [web]
- I've always been a fan of Rendall, but the code was so incompatible and buggy.

- demo Amiga AGA traffic by Mystic [web]
- Some parts were ok and the music was quite cool, but it was ruined by inconsistency and poor design. Not terrible, but not upto previous efforts from Mystic.
