• On "stock animations" I have to comment. Most of the animations in this demo are live acted mocap based animations. And moreover, the hand in the end is self modeled and hand animated (pun intended) animation by our really talented 3D artist BassCadet. So go figure out yeah.. and just ssying, its not always the shorrtest path taken with these "stock asset ready demo tool" made demos.

• Just a creator note here: This one minute was done to celebrate the 20 years of adapt demo (yes its 20 years since the first adapt demo got released at Assembly 2006).
  
  This particular piece is composited in about 2 hours on Assembly Saturday morning (the deadline for the one minute demo was at 10am). Its based on picking suitable from the many Notch scenes that I've been doing throughout the year, so its really difficult to state how much time has actually been used for this.
  
  Anyway, I am happy of the end result and aiming to continue making also good adapt demos in the future :).

  It is proudly a good solid Notch demo, and I know what it actually is to use Notch for making visual art like demos. This because, I've been myself working there as an active core developer of the gfx and physics engines and all sorts of UX solutions for 4.5 years.
  
  Making something solid like this with Notch as a one nighter push demo is a (b)rilliant thing. Even more knowing that you guys did it after a hard crunch of making and ironing your main win demo really intensively for weeks (total for months!) until the deadline on Assembly Friday 5pm hit the fan. And, even even more this demo is a solid achievement when knowing that you started around midnight on Assembly Friday-Saturday and finished at 6am - with a true all nighter lets do it party demo making spirit <3
