Things that made you rage today.

Anyway, I drunk some whiskey yesterday and tried to play Mario on SNES so I am better atm. Oh, and I lost some more weight. Even if I eat some kebab wrap and english breakfast. But I walked big distances and made 1 hour cardio on gym, so it worked.

Having to revert 6+ hours of coding an elegant solution to an NP-hard problem because my toolchain introduced a bug that I couldn't find after another 6 hours. Replaced with a STUPID iterative O(N*N) that works, but takes forever. Argh.

"whiskey kebab wrap and english breakfast"

definitly not the way to go if you want to loose weight.

but it is - fat is the easiest kind of loose weight to gain

How they put the fructose where I don't expect. How they had us all hooked. And how I had more predesposition to become addicted, fat, sloggish with all these foods (thin people might be unhealthy too, but you never think about, it's only the fatties that are "lazy").

"whiskey kebab wrap and english breakfast" Don't worry, I don't do that everyday, don't judge by my claim once. I even joke about sometimes about bad food I had.

And wait, I learn now that fat is not the main reason. Of course overeating is the reason. But the addiction and blocking of your system from fructose you don't expect. So, wait calorie in - out is not 100% perfect. Hmm..

It's so many variables, and people being certain it's one or the other and fighting in the forums, low fat-high carb VS high carb-lowfat, VS meat VS veg, everyone is certain because it works with him or because he is slim so he is an expert, yet obesity grows everywhere, sorry but the whole society has not solved the problem which gets worse (and maybe fueled addiction by food industries as we see in the vid) and then come individuals who with such certainity tells you what was wrong with you like is a trivial problem, that makes me angry.

oh, okay. once in a while, its not a bad thing to please your stomach. and what bloodnok just suggested in the other thread, very good points there.

the single correct answer would be "discipline" - in itself a non-trivial problem, though
