Some free web dev. help needed from the demoscene - please read

OK, so there are these sites in India - www.meritnation.com , and www.123greetings.com , who have started up and are presumably getting hits (the former advertises on TV), whose founders I dislike quite intensely.
I want demosceners help in undercutting them, and getting rid of them, by making rival sites, which will be free (123 is already free, so not that).

Here in India, TONS of kids commit suicide after their exams, such is the pressure on them, and it's guys like these, wholeheartedly supported by the culture, who propagate this.
So- I thought, who better to teach maths than demosceners, who do this for fun, and have made something extremely SEXY out of studying! :)?
And the latter, well... I've actually MET the guy behind it, trust me, he's the LAST person on earth you'd ever expect to open a fucking GREETINGS site. If you're a graphician, can't you just make a little sumpn' in Flash, whenever you have some free time? That's all it'll take to get rid of 123.... :)
As a pointer, free hosting including PHP and MySQL are available on awardspace.com and freehostia.com.
