@puryx: hooo it's just the same shit as last year, and yes it's from 2012 :)
If I remember well, you gave me some thumbdown to my intros because you were one of the most angry people after I won the "public choice" last year.
Since the whole nordic conspiracy hates me and make rules to be sure that nobody instead of them and their friends will won any award, let them playing without me and remove all my prods (as I already asked yesterday here, and more officially by email to Melwyn with no response actually).

@gargaj: I felt totally like an ordinary demoscener, I'm just one member of one of the numerous old groups who survived the last century. I never said we are superior to any other scener or anything who sound like that.

The way I see this is: This is an award for the demoscene. Any votes on this that comes from non-demosceners will never be correct. Sure, I could ask my mum to get a scene id and vote for whoever I wanted to win, but why? She's not a demoscener, she doesn't have a clue about the productions, and I would feel like I was cheating..
That's my personal opinion. And yes, I've lived in several Nordic Countries! Except Sweden, Sweden sucks..

Well, shouldnt be much of a problem, rez. Just act against the rules and your product will be disqualified anyway. Simple as that. :)

For someone who apparently has no problems with people using botnets and fakeusers to vote for a prod, you certainly have some difficulty in grasping this simple concept: it's not up to you to decide which prod people are allowed to like. The "Public Choice"-category has prods nominated by the public, and it's simply not up to you to decide if they are allowed to vote for them or not.
If you should end up winning, you are of course welcome to decline accepting the award, but that's as much power as you have in this matter.

I remember a certain prod's popularity meter being pushed on pouet through a botnet... But that doesn't grant anyone the right to make accusations for which they have no proof, including gloom.
I don't think gloom accused anyone specifically; certainly not dubmood or rez.
