Awesome 6502 simulation

category: code [glöplog]

Dear 8-Bit guys, check this out if you ever really wanted to know what happens with your code in the 6502/6510: http://visual6502.org/JSSim/index.html

Now we can finally figure out all those illegal opcodes.

Apparently they also presented it at this years Siggraph: Abstract and slides.

6502 illegals have been fully understood for a while. See for example this.

Comic Sans MS, holy shit.
@radiantx: Most are, but not all (LXA, ANE). At least, not that I would know of.

More info can be found here.

Doesn't work in Firefox 3.6.10...? Just getting a gray box. Error log says: "console is not defined" and "table is undefined".

Can anyone point me to a complete explanation of opcodes $93, $9b and $9f ?
Opcodes $8b and $ab seem to give different results on an 8-bit Atari and Commodore 64.
All other opcodes are indeed fully understood.
