dodge, my last two posts were not about my opinion but about your disability to see the difference between opinion and fact. i think it is remarkable that you react to my (factual; just like "1+1=3" and "the sky is blue" are factual) statements with dismissing my opinion.
Wade: I for one would be quite happy to let your party govern, just as long as mine is allowed to have 23% of the influence over policy (or whatever the figure would become once tactical voting is eliminated).
ffs. politics in a forum fitted with trolls?!
skrebbel:
What you were saying - correct me if I'm wrong - was, that since I chose to call the anonymous group of people that are responsible for the debacle our countries are in certain names in a sentence that was pretty much based on observation and actual main stream verified da[r]ta (financial/economic stuff, you just have to find and read it), makes the whole statement an opinion and therefore not factual anymore ?
By that measure, the majority what passes for "news" today should be considered "opinion".
To sum it up:
The statement about the Lisbon treaty was quite factual. The opinion followed in parentheses.
The statement about "the real enemy" resulted by the _factual_ observation of the media hype in
both countries stirring up each opposite as an "enemy". Thus, the phrase was used as a dictum to
paint the image how two sides are played against the middle.
Anyway, I'm quite interested in your thoughts about the last post on the page before this... :)

...rasmus: no carebears yet. I'm tempted to call this - for pouet levels - a serious thread xD
well i think the last post on the page before this is bullcrap, of course :-)
but you expected that :-)
in short, i have a great job that i enjoy, i have cool hobbies, a lovely girlfriend and an income that keeps me us just fine. and then some random dude on the internets tells me that "my soul is getting harvested". wtf? srsly, if this wonderful life that i'm having is the harvesting of my soul, then by all means may the big bosses go on with it.

All in all I'm glad for you that things are going that well in your life. Make no mistake about that.
...and because things will change in time economically even in our western pampered world, it might be
a good thing to take a look into this subject* from a macro-POV once in a while.
Just checking overall tendencies and if it could influence this part of your happy life (the job, that is).
In the end it'll dictate to a certain extend how you can enjoy your hobbies.
Love of course is one of these cool things that come w/o a price tag attached ;)

already forgotten, eh ;P
that was as opinion, not fact!
Well, since this is a Xeron thread, let's morph it into a _real_ Xeron thread - a story...
Facing the press at #10 Downing St. Gordon Brown stated that...

Carebears are invading and he can't resign just now. Mr Clegg pulled a gun and
shot the Queen right between the eyes, screaming "she's a lizzard, she's a lizzard", resulting in
the Queen's disguise she had been wearing all these years falling down and revealing she was infact
a friend of dorothy. Her husband blamed
the Bilderbergers.
But then ex BBC reporter David Icke jumped in front of the cameras shouting: "No, it was me all along, you buggers". The chief of the nearby riot squad went mad and

think of it as a slowly sinking ship. it will not be too long before the IMF turn most of the key European countries inside-out - just like Greece and Argentina...one by one. at least they will attempt to. let's just hope we still have a few men of morals within our countries to at least hold off the vultures within our life-times (yes, selfish thought, i know). but day by day i have a little less hope of that. time will tell.
take the red pill... ignorance is bliss....
what i just dont get is how everyone knows the facts and just swallows it instead of starting to act against !
am i really the only one left shouting at some wall " you suck, bastards ! " ?
i guess i need to join the MadMax-Club then !
