@havoc: well, what was implemented is a little step towards what I was asking 4 years ago, and is obviously better than the "fix me beautifull" thread (I hope we agree on this).
I don't want to be bitter. But I am still convinced that a system without moderation for users *of a certain seniority/level* would be feasible, otherwise, I repeat, sites like Wikipedia or Demozoo would be "full of spam", wouldn't them?

as for running sites without or with less moderation, obviously there are ways to make a system such as you propose work. it could very well be argued that such a system has already been implemented at pouet by means of the gloperator level because afaik most gloperators were promoted from the userbase at some point to fill knowledge holes in the active moderator/gloperator squad. for example, me and lotek were promoted by ps after we started adding hundreds of atari prods from the no fragments archives, and i think there haven't been any serious problems in that section ever since. obviously the system you propose is more democratic, more elegant, and a few other laudable qualifications could be made (but also derogatory ones ;)). so the question then becomes, do we really have more time to gain from such a system than it would cost to implement? and at that point, i really wonder if it makes sense, because what is here right now does it's job, being a gloperator is a lot less annoying without all the stupid ctrl+c/v action, and we manage to keep the site up to date and clean without spending too much effort. being a user who has useful suggestions has become a lot easier too, seriously, the interface you get now is nothing worse than the gloperators have- except for the approval delay, but that's really all. in my mind, this is good enough a situation to keep :)

is it possible to implement a clickable link to the title bar of an actual party thread?

Propositions:
1. Activate an automatic "go to the number" after choosing a page in a dropdown list. Why there is a need to slick on submit button all the time?
2. Would be NICE to have in one's group list the NUMBER of productions. Fior exemple in the same DIV area as the group's name [web] [csdb] [glöplog] but under.
3. While listing one group's entries, have a production's small screenshot at the end of line of each production. Would be really helpful while looking for a demo, intro, cracktro...
