Fast help needed from German residents! My friend's Visa for .de requires a letter of guarantee.

First of all, sorry for opening a separate topic for this, but I'd need some attention for this and I'm afraid that the post would be lost among the others in the Breakpoint '09 topic. We'd need quite fast reaction considering the matter as the date of the party is approaching.
So, just as the title says, Cyborg/Industry would desperately need a letter of guarantee from a German resident for his Visa application. I think that it's not too much of a hassle, only an authenticated letter similar to this: http://em2007.uni-kl.de/visa.doc.

Breakpoint Organizing is able to this. Send full details including name of the german embassy in charge, full details of the person to be invited, date of arrival/departure, passport number etc to breakpoint09@untergrund.net.
