Isn't the Californian drinking age 21?
Haha, and they can drive at 18?! What a strange country. :) But yeah, that might be correct. So - alcohol in the closed area for those of legal age. Whatever that legal age might be at the time of the event - so there. :)

16 or 18, depending on which state you live in I guess. I don't know if California has 16, but you might be right.
Uh, yah.. drinking age is 21 everywhere in the US, and that probably won't change anytime soon. Driving and sexual consent vary from state to state. In California, they are 16 and 18, yes, in that order. :)
In the U.S., drinking age is 21, and driving age varies from state to state (in Idaho it's 15 for the daytime and 16 for the nighttime)...but last I checked sexual consent is set 18 for all countries, phoenix.

anyway, yeah, the federal age of consent is 18, but states do all have their own ages (see here) - some take it on down to 14.

i started to code on PC in January....and now that my Intro is ready ( just need to exchange music and see if i´m still under 4096 bytes ) i´d like to know if its ok,if :
the 4k is under 4096bytes in 1280*1024 but some bytes above in 1920*1080 ??
so my question would be if i can deliver an intro which would exceed 4096 bytes in 1080p,when there are other versions not exceeding the byte-limit in the .rar !
i´m new to the ( new ) scene,so i can´t know....and it would be nice to also know if that rule differs from party to party...
our intro is still 2 bytes under the limit right now in 1920*1080...but i´d like to add sth little !
and while at it : whats about the rumour some ppl would get invited for free to San Jose if they deliver ??? i mean it takes about 6 weeks or so to get a visa anyway...

It's 4096 bytes, no matter what resolution you use.

There is no truth to that what so ever. I'd say that getting a demobox kit ought to be enough of an incentive to deliver something though. :)
There are some people (= european demosceners) who have been invited to host seminars at NVScene, but that has nothing to do with participation in the compo.

and about DELIVERING.: as said.: we´re DONE.! just need to implement muzak and we´ll upload !

Did those two replies have any "bad attitude"? I just answered you directly and correctly. Sure, I think all of your post read like they were written by a 12-year old with cucumbers for fingers, but that is a different matter. :)
With regards to "saying whatever you want", no of course you cannot do that - what a childish and ignorant attitude. However; your questions lately have been more sensible that I would have expected, and therefore you get sensible responses as well (like the ones above - why you felt the need to overreact with "I SAID RUMORS FFS!!!!1111" is beyond me btw), but when you just utter gibberish, you get shit in return.
