WORD! Or even more desireable, open-source AHX for any platform. That would be so sweet.

Run it (and hivelytracker) in WinUAE.

Well it's not like the topic reads "Stuff you must emulate before you die".
And having the tracker portable would probably mean that at some point there will be a Sony PSP (or other devices) version. I don't see how you would wanna emulate a decent miggy just to run a tracker on a PSP.
Well, i gave the sources of hivelytracker to someone who wanted to make an SDL version of it, but it went nowhere.

I hear rumours that a multiplatform HivelyTracker port based on SDL is in the making... :)

Xeron: If I was a skilled enough coder I would have done it, but since I'm merely only capable of making VERY crude and simple commandline programs in C++ I don't think I'm a good candidate at all. Newbie deluxe haha. But why don't you make the source public?
Partially because i don't want to and partially because I want to retain control over the hivelytracker fileformat.

Also partially because the OS4, OS3.x and AROS native versions would have to be manually kept up to date with the changes from an opensource multiplatform version, and i don't know that i can be arsed playing catch-up all the time.

And also partially because the code is a complete mess :-)

There's a beer in it for you... ;)
Thats OK. If anyone wants to create a multiplatform SDL build of hivelytracker, all they have to do is ask. Just because i don't want to open-source it doesn't mean i'm not happy to work with people.

A working 3d engine for a Microwave

I've done one. It has Y-axis rotation and directional radiation-based lighting. Unfortunately it's in for repair at the moment, after a particularly disastrous attempt to implement metal shading.
