Heatbeat = demoscene heatbeat?

Okay, so some finnish DJs (Super8 & DJ Tab) keep playing what they refer to as "bootleg remixes by Heatbeat", and I see that some of them also have ended up on YouTube (such as this crappy footage here), but is this Heatbeat the real Heatbeat that we know and love from the demoscene?
not a bad remix actually - my expectations were high because of the original :)
heatbeat uses his aleksi eeben name these days as far as I know.
Apparently he's not the scene Heatbeat then, since they are a duo from Argentina as well.. oh well.
Btw; Discogs are funny - I see they even printed the entire in-label text of something I did a loooong time ago - pay special attention to the text in bold:
