Coders: what sauce are you using?

I am working on a secret mission for the king of #brownsaucescene that deals with "The sauce of demoscening", specifically; what kind of sauce is required to run todays democoders. I would therefore ask all the coders here to tell me what kind of sauce they code with and/or what kind of sauces they see as needed for flavouring their demos.
