Before the first vote on april, 24, he was only ellected as mayor in "neuilly", the upper class district of paris, since 1981 at age 28, to the early 90's. He never succeed any other elections. In neuilly, lives the more rich and powerfull people of france, and of the world: bouygues, the builder that went on TV, lagardere the historical weapon seeler, and Dassault (weapon seeler also), which both hold the french press from the 60's.
