Respect Scamp:BP was great once again, no doubt about that. By the way. I am still missing one Amiga demo, that one from Warp9. I found one from 1998 in the Aminet with the same title, which quite confused me.

offtopic: those of you who had crashes with my demo (remembrance,,, the dolphin halabaloo) 0x0000001d or something, please check the demo thread, i had compiled the engine with hardcoded SSE2 instructions hence the crashes.... ;)

I can't even imagine her look after 100 sceners have tried to be funny to her.. that would be pure evil.

Hehe, i was there monday morning at the 'fight' :)
It was something about the lady of one booth closed down the water and apparently they were on the same water-supply or something so the other booth lady went like "wtf you could have at least asked me first" alongside with some mild curses :)

My first bits on the BP: It was a great party. Great atmosphere, great people, no stress, many releases, not too bad weather, Amiga people satisfied. :)

What I didn't like was how that "rumble in the jungle" theme killed the prizegiving ceremony. You show a random picture and say it's <put artist>, and since I didn't know all the releases by heart, that shown on the bigscreen was just plain boring. Don't know who made those "prizegiving" pictures, but as they were not bad at all, why not having a seperated slideshow with them. Seriously, in a prizegiving, the artists should be celebrated. Playing a couple of seconds from the 3rd and 2nd winners would enhance the viewing experience even further. Mine at least.

I actually liked the prizegiving, with 1:15 (!) it was the shortest prizegiving of a larger party since ages. Quite many people dislike it when the prizegiving is longer than it needs to be.
okkie + the pondering rest; the people were for some reason not able to speak english, which was fun in a way, because at least 2 times i got a rl-thumb up for my good german knowledge (especially because i mentioned 2 typos on several booth's menus).

that one guy at the coctail-booth mastered polish though. easy fun for at least 4% of the attendees. :)

MadenMann: that bloody animation annoyed the hell out of me. first of all, it was some cheesy shit with some "lost sceene spirits being saved", and second of all, the same bloody animation lasted way too long.

the norwegian erik: During the opening I thought something like "Mekka Symposium 2002 to the rescue" since we were already doing saving the scene spirit back in those days. But anyway, the animation was well done (and at least for me not too long).

A bit off topic: Magic/Nah needs some clue. (Once again.)
