Oh yes. There is indeed a immortality device that allows people to physically young forever: Silicone. But as MAD pointed out some years back: Imagine the horror of breasts that never sack or deteriate, surrounded by bodies that most certainly do... So much for immortality. Alternatively you can alway ensure your own immortality in the same way everybody else does; Get a few children and force them to conform to your own ideals and ideas. A True Classic. :D
Achieving immortality through spawning offspring is actually *more* efficient than other non-natural techniques. Not only your new self gets a fresh start, ridding itself of any damage you may have gotten in your life, but also it has great chances to be better than you, by inhereting better features from your other half (husband/wife).
