I'm just wondering, these images with people sucking on baguettes and so on, do people have them handy somewhere or do you search for them when needed?

Normally you can use google-images for some proper results, but having some cool pic ready for use is sometimes the way to ultimate leading. I assume Havoc as a graphician has a uge image collection with him and his friends posing in standard situations. Or to say it with the words of DeeKay/Crest:
