It's sad that everybody watches demos from youtube nowadays. Myself included. It's so much easier.
But it's also somehow more real when the images are pixel sharp and the machine isn't fast enough to execute some javascript software renderer and it lags a little bit. This is pretty much lost when the medium is youtube.

ha! we had that issue of lag in one of our demo (mundane) but honestly, it's also part of the charm.
