Party like it was back in the days! An old youth center, computers, paper vote sheets, staying up late, compos, nice chats, relaxed atmosphere and a good time with fellow sceners!

BLACK MONKS and FRIENDS once again decided to bring you this party FOR FREE. Yes, you’ve heard right! As it generally is held as a private event, you need to register though! Nevertheless a DONATION JAR will be on the entrance though if you want to support the orgas in financing the event and the price-money! For the voting you will need to register on your first step into the partyplace.
Remote Entries:
We allow Remote Entries for all competitions but we really want to encourage you to come. However, if you can't make it we will happily receive your entries and show them. We'll have an upload form before the party, so stay tuned! Remote Entries can receive prices (as in Trophys and Nippes) but we'll split the price money between the competitors who are on site. Voting is only allowed for people at the party place. Paper Vote Sheets ftw!
Live Stream:
We will try to provide a live stream with live audience feedback :)

All Compos Deadline has been extended to 1500!
So here's my party report! I'm not an organizer, but somehow everyone at comparade is one. We did the invitation for Comparade back then and got asked if we could post updates on pouet, and of course we said yes! Because that's what this party is about:
Doing stuff together.
Homecat and his gang care for the location and LOTS of food (<3), the party shirt printing station, audio, beam, and so on. Others bring beer, champagne (!), cocktails, sweets, chips, or order pizza. We threw a BBQ. Everything is free, no entrance fee, nothing. There's a donation jar that pays for (almost) everything, even price money! That's the real spirit.
50 Sceners that maxed out the location and a stellar amount of releases for a party of that scale. 5 Live acts (wtf) that played in front of the pope.
And then there's the Toad Party organizers Pasy and Maugli!! <3 They just drove all the way from Hungary, brought their whole setup and ran the Party, Compos and Live stream like real pros. I love them, crazy guys! They even brought their light show.
I also loved how homecat was moderating all entries, it made every entry feel special. Paper voting definitely was super cool like back in the days.
Thank you Black Monks and friends for doing this party, one of my highlights of 2025. <3
