Is there any scroller APP I mean not LED SCROLLER but Demo Scroller with letters rotation, wave, sprites over text etc effects??? Or maybe can be good idea. Need for twitch streaming for background on TV...
why not use html+css(+bit of js if you want wobbles etc) in a browser on android?
