The purpose of this event is to allow hardware and software enthusiasts to create demos and show them off! The rules are fairly simple, draw some pixels on the screen and/or play us some music! The more impressive the pixels and/or music, the more cheering you'll receive from our wonderful audience.

20 days to get a board from another continent, handle customs, and to make a release for a unknown platform. quite optimistic.
It's my fault for taking so long to post here... but I guess it's a good challenge? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Shipping takes 2 business days, so it's not *that* bad. Probably gives you enough time to download the example code and datasheets to familiarize yourself with the platform.
Worst case, there's always next year :)

i'll go on a limb here and assume that you missed that part about the different continent, and that 2 days is timeframe for delivery within USA.
but... other than that, interesting project. have it ready a little bit more in advance for a next year's deadline.
Thanks to a sweet deal we have with FedEx, we're able to ship from the US to the EU in 2 days for $20. So far, folks from France and Germany have had good luck with customs and the package has arrived 2 days after shipment.
I can add other non-EU countries if folks are interested.
