My guess its "Reality 2" by Vogue. Specifically an 8 channel MOD called reality2.mod which I can't find a download for. It sounds very similar to reality.mod by the same author. esp after 36 seconds

The first part is "Ambient Light" or AMBLIGHT.XM

The second part is a random selection of MOD files listed in the EXE :
