You can check your account page to see if requests have been approved or denied, but it doesn't tell you the value of the change just when, which prod, and what type.

Also, I think I've seen making of links in the link sections. Seeing as we put YouTube, download links, links to live instances (for web productions), and so on, I don't see any reason why not. Considering that comment sections can get many pages long, it makes it obvious to everyone without having to flip through the comment sections (especially if they don't know there's a reason to).
