Just my two cents:
It could be nice if people would watch the stuff they submit and before they submit it. In my opinion there's nothing wrong in submitting demoscene (or somehow related) productions that the majority might find crap, because it's still part of the "heritage". But crap with no relation to the scene doesn't belong here. So glopwhores and everybody else, please watch the stuff you submit. Thanks for your interest.

Granted, it only took roughly a decade before the shit went down the chute. How much slack did The Party get, exactly? A year at best?

no way, keep the party 2002 entries! they're absolutely hilarious, and demonstrate the end of the party well. now if they actually kept going, i'd say that would be enough. :)
