Pouet 'attention whores' toggle
category: offtopic [glöplog]
:\ it may work if the fakeusers can NOT create a thread. But as stupidity has no limit I fear they'll create a lot of new fake accounts just to flood Pouet with their scam.
lol
:)
:)
ps: thanks for fixing that next-page bug. back on the script now. :)
This script runs fine :
but sadly ppl who have nothing to said, have sometimes something clever to said.
I mean ppl change and script is static whereas human are adaptable.
Good stuff to hide ppl who come to pouet for one time saying absolutely bullshit and never come back.
Thank U p01

And if I create a ep2, ep3, ep4, ... users accounts, this will bring me back to your eyes ?

If only attention whores only came once, but some are so dense that they feel the need to create 3 threads in a row.Good stuff to hide ppl who come to pouet for one time saying absolutely bullshit and never come back.
btw. is firefox nowadays any better in performance than around first 1.0 release? the script sounds cool but the browser just doesn't cut it...
Why do some people say Firefox is slow? It's always been at least as fast as IE for me.
melw: what kind of perfomance are you looking for ? page loading, static rendering, iterative/animated rendering, DOM manipulation, JavaScript ?
The only area where FireFox is weaker than IE and Opera is for iterative renderring. Everywhere else, FireFox and Opera makes IE eat dust. But actually, personally, I see FireFox as a browser for web professionals, Opera one for advanced users, and IE for ... Joe users.
thom: ditto, except when I try to update ~2,500 HTML elements and get a framerate above 10fps.

firefox is a resource hog.
i think the greasemonkey 0.3.3 broke the code.
yep :( I noticed that yesterday.
But it should work if you remove the user script and install the full fledged FireFox Extension : Pouet "attention whores" toggle.

i'd like to once again take this very opportunity that opera si teh bomb.
~ to state that ~
hahaha skrebbel you're retarded! \o/
watch out or tonight i'm going to tell you how pissy i am!!
Would be nice to have a FAQ for the script itself, since I can't get it to work here :D
The horn in the upper left appears, hovering shows "attention whores hidden" but clicking it does nothing and there's no option to mark users as trolls (I understand that there should be an option next to avatar).
Tried on Firefox 14.0.1 + Greasemonkey 0.9.22
and
Chrome 21.0.1180.79 + Tampermonkey 2.5.64

Hm, works great on Opera 12.01
Not sure if this is the info you're looking for, but the Chrome console shows this when I'm toggling the option:
and Firefox says:
So that looks like the same error on both browsers, keep in mind that I may be doing something wrong :)
