tFt: I'll bring one of those (or at least a similar) - but it's not for trading - it's for drinking, at least I promised nosfe a taste ;)
tft .. thats the expensive one .. now look at this instead ;)
same crappy taste in both of them

What the hell? Scandinavian Absinthe?
Deus: How dare you compare Fiskefjæs to Absinthe! That filthy tasteless piece of pee sucks compared to Fiskefjæs! In Finland we have FisHot. Maybe you have heard of it, no matter what people say it tastes plain awesome!
I'm bringing the exact same bottle as Dwarf displayed :)
So.... anybody wants some aquivitt?
I'll make sure two bring half a bottle of "Gammel Dansk" - if not for anything else, at least to share it with Novel who just looooooves it (haha!).
I'm not _that_ big fan of Gammel Dansk... but I should be able to squeeze one down ;)
Each time I have drunk "FISK" or "FISHERMAN" the buzz I got has been of the hook. Idiot-Drunk as Darklite calls it. There must be some strange substance in it or something ;)
The Taste is great. Refreshing and cool at the same time.
That salmiakki stuff cant compare to FISK.
On the back of the bottle it says you can mix it with Coca Cola, never tried it though.
I think FISK is the scandinavian version, and FISHERMAN is the international version.

As I recall it fishermans was "banned" in here because at some point it became illegal to name booze after candys in Denmark. So now they're named something else...
orbiter: it was a joke damnit.. You know.. Can't compete with free..?
Leija: You don't joke about booze ;D
PEBERSNAPS!
I think that kyber forgot to make pebersnaps this time :( sleeeeeemme kyber!
No way, I am sure he'll show up with his bottle of pebersnaps and Dannebrog! Kyber, the classic.
kyber has in fact forgot it afaik, but I have come to his rescue with 2 bottles of ... drumsolo ..
Polakkslam .. freshly homemade .. cant get it better ..

Orbiter: I am not sure if you know of my standing order for all Swedes to get more Double Bastard, so, if you didn't, you do now.
I have sent a bottle of Hendrick's for gin & tonic. I will require cucumbers Friday, tho I may not actually be doing gin & tonic friday, as, well, it may be better for Sunday, I dunno.

Dwarf: POLAKK-SLAM!!! Mesterligt!
Truck: Then I'll get some for you too =)
don't be fooled curt, its actually good ;)
Stroh Rum 80% 1l
"STROH Original is the best aromatic expression of the Austrian way of life. We enjoy it when we need time out from the daily rush."
Actually it is a dearly held custom to lean passed out consumers of stroh 80 against a wall and put an Edelweiss flower into their left hand. The city Vienna got an own budget to fund this tradition which has its origin in the 14th century!
Oh yes, get stroh. Then I can give curly the shot of stroh + tequila + cream that I won't like.. (Bleh)
I'l try to make some dropvodka and take it with me. But if there are any requests for dutch drinks just shout.
sh*t I almost forgot, yes, I need that Dutch stuff that is like gin but is not gin. You may have already said it with 'dropvodka' but it contains the word 'vodka' and not 'gin' so I can't tell.
And of course I just googled for 'dutch alchohol' and found out that A> powdered alchohol may or may not be available for minors B> Some windows lamer can't install Alchohol 120% C> The name alcohol itself is derived from the latin All and the Dutch Cool, which both mean "everyone who drinks it is cool"
Wankopedia has helped by informing me that Dutch cuisine contains a lot of vegetables along with meat, and that you can buy cookies in tins in the US. Note that this information is less informative than the Uncyclopedia entry, noted above.
This doens't help with the name of the stuff. Wankopedia suggests it might be 'Jenover' but that might be just describing what happens when the British go to Amsterdam. It also suggests that Ketel One makes it, along with Vodka, and if that is the case I would like to try that; my hopes that this is actually the case are of course shattered by the fact that this information came from Wankopedia, and is thus false.
So yes, I need _some_ of this stuff, but I will have gin and the arrogant bastard with me and beer is cheap in Germany so let's not go overboard. Some would be awesome.
