plenty, just nobody made a .ttf out of them.

Actually i had the plan once to do a 'ban comic sans' type of website. (was done by others in the end) and mailed the typographer of the comic sans. (Vincent Connare iirc).
But even the author himself disliked how the font got applied for things it really wasn't meant for. (it was originally made for a MS game, but got included with the system fonts.)

Oh, and please look further than Dafont.com.. It takes a bit of taste to find your way there, and not ending up with another distorted Impact-clone.
maybe it's time to create own fonts with illustrator :)
