Navis: please don't awaken the scamp, just ask 'google' and focus on your wizardry for the next assembly ;P
I can do that in parallel :-)
No answer for me either.
Now back to the Intel demo...

The irony in this thread is not lost on me....
Has it not have been, isn't it?
Sorry, I'll mail out the replacement licenses this weekend.
any luck ? still waiting....
Navis: I think I've got a working license (that I have not used), if you want it (I wont use it, since I'm the 1337 audio man), then please contact me: chr (at) 3kings (dot) dk
can I say "Just Crack It", or is that too politically insensitive for to today's scene? :)
that kindof goes against the purpose of a party-prize i guess :)
I want to frame it or sell it on ebay, ok ? Or even give it to my daughter to paint on it. Or actually use it ( the profiler could be handy). I've exchanged far too many emails about this and I won't let it go.
same problem here. sent an email some weeks ago and got no answer :S
I've meanwhile gotten the serial numbers from Intel, but didn't yet get round to sending them out yet.
There are good news however: Instead of Intel C++/Vtune you'll now get "all developer products from intel on all OS platforms" license keys.
Again, sorry for the delays, will be sending out the keys today.

no, not me again !
but yes, I'm afraid the licence insists that this whole thing is valid for only one year after registration (implying that it is not a full, -you'll never have a problem again- licence). If that was the case all along, fair enough. If not, can I get a third replacement :-))

is it already legacy software by now ? :D
Navis: According to their FAQ, it goes like this:
"About Renewals
When you purchase a license for one of the Intel® Software Products, you are entitled to the latest version of your product, as well as any new versions which are released during your license period. When your license expires, you are "locked in" to the last version which released during the period, and you are limited in terms of support. A renewal license allows you to extend your support window, providing you with an upgrade path for new versions, premier technical support, and associated resources."
In other words: For one year, you may download all the newest versions of all their products. After this years, you are locked into the last version you downloaded, but that doesn't expire.
So basically you got one year of free updates on top of the permanent licenses.

The licenses are unfortunately only valid for a year - after which it is game over man (software doesn't work). And this was validated by changing the pc clock :'-(.
