I was just looking for a snooker game for my Nexus9 tablet, came accross this, if you play the video it's using Jogeir Liljedahls mod Guitar Slinger for the trailer, the module is also used in-game once you install it, I dunno if they asked Jogeir or not, it was just random that I came across it, ProSnooker on GooglePlay

Hmm, I just went to their website, http://www.iwaredesigns.co.uk/ and noticed the game is also being sold on Steam, so maybe Joegir should be informed.

Hold your horses :) This is not the original MOD file, this is a remake that Jogeir made for his "The Wanderer" album. And it can be licensed from some royalty free music libraries such as this one.

Interesting jazzcat, I didn't realize it was a remake, I just recognized it as the original module. But it would seem that they may well have licensed it as you have pointed out.

actually this is the second time i find out that somebody used parts of my unreleased/unfinished music in their releases.

in the early 2000s i listened to a radio show broadcasting house/techno music and i was quite surprised to hear an exact bassline from one of my tunes.
its a quite unusual bassline so i could recognize it pretty easily.

i'm pretty sure who was leaking back then, won't mention any names tho.

interesting thing.. you don't release anything, but others already copy you. :D
