All open-source things can legally be sold. If you forbid selling, it isn't an open-source licence. (It's just tricky to turn it into a workable business model when everybody else can copy your work for free, that's all.)
On the other hand, the iMake cleverly gets around all licensing issues by not actually existing.

Lately I've been feeling some sort of disturbance in The Force[tm] and it seems to be centered around this very thread. Delusional henchmen from The Dark Side, who are apprarently led by Captain Denmark, goes on in their relentless quest to de-rail the thread by putting forward statements so irrelevant and boring that people might just give up the fight against everything Apple.
