TRSAC 2010 - 22nd - 24th October - Aarhus, Denmark
category: parties [glöplog]
I don't :)
It will be my greatest joy to see you whiskey-gubling bastards freeze outside, while I support to local cafeteria by "investing" in raw amounts of good, danish beer - but not until I'm done defending Fnuque in the TRSAC 5 km run.
Oh - and on a sidenote - the music for our 64 intro is as close to done as possible. Only a little finetuning to be done, but the music's there now ... Kom så i hug, Ralph! :-D
Flights booked. To Kastrup since I'm such a Ryan Air hater..
Jeg giver en bajer til den, der drikker sig så vissen inden løbet, at han/hun løber vild.
s/den/dem ? :)
nina - hvorfor til kastrup?
There will be an official "follow the organizer-into-the-public-transportation-and-be-guided-to-the-party-place"-service available for people scared of losing their way in big ass århus launching in a few days!
rasmus: fordi jeg kjører bil med thec derfra over odden til århus, og det ble billigere enn å kjøre ekstra fly. koseligere også..
nina: ok, plek lander også i kastrup på et tidspunkt :-)
jo men jeg vide ikke praecis hvornar, more news will follow soon.
plek, you should team up with jar then - i've notified him about your presence, albeit it hasn't persuaded him to go ... yet.
can you tell me how to reach him these days? ndewit at gmail
bt-dub: i cant tell for sure if i can make it *right* now due to lot of illness/work combo.

I'm going to try to make this work, but I'm at a conference in Warsaw friday, which lasts till ~1800. That makes the last flight to CPH (or Denmark at all) unavailable for me. Does anyone have a clue about alternative transportation to Denmark friday night?
train / ferry maybe? although it might be saturday morning before you arrive then .. :/
lug00ber: seems like flying is indeed not an option friday night... hmm... investingating further.
Well, SAS can take you to Århus friday night (with one stop in cph - total of 3,5 hours of travelling), if you leave Warsaw at 17:40, but I guess that's not an option if the conference lasts until 18'ish
It's not even possible to take a plane to Hamburg and move on from there during friday night :(
Let me know if we can help out in any other way?

Hmm.. Polish airways http://www.lot.com are flying from Warsaw -> Copenhagen 18:10-19:40 friday night
I bet going through Zürich would work, but it'd probably be shit expensive..
Money is not an issue within reasonable limits. I'm not broke/poor.
@Puryx - have already noted the SAS option, but I'd like to be at the conference until the end.

lug00ber: It seems that the 18:10 is the most sensible, price wise. Lufthansa flies a 18:55 flight directly to Copenhagen, but it's four times the price (4.500,- NOK) which is insane.
Also remember that you need a train ride from Kastrup to Århus (direct train from the airport to århus leaves at 20:40 and arrives 00:28)
Lufhansa,KLM,Malev and other charge more for a one-way flight than a return-flight. Where's the logic?
To prevent you from giving your money to competitors when returning from a destination, perhaps?
